The No Dog Left Behind warranty means that if your dog does not love our products, you can request a full refund. 

We simply ask for 30 days.

Your pup doesn't get to decide on their snacks. So as fellow dog owners, we believe in doing what's right. This led to the creation of a fair and straightforward refund policy if something is not right with your experience.

Why we recommend that your pet should try our products for at least 30 days

As with any supplement or remedy, it may take a while before you see results. Just like humans, every dog is different and will respond to our products differently. Some dogs may show results immediately, while for others, it may take a little longer.

Give your four legged friend at least 30 days of consistent use to notice an improvement in their health and quality of life. Changes in destructive behaviors caused by "separation anxiety" can take up to 30 days to become noticeable.

Yuma is not a race, it's a lifestyle. So take it slow and allow time for things to improve.

Warranty FAQ

What if my dog refuses to eat the product?

Your dog has their own taste. While we're confident they'll love our products, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.

First, try mixing it in their dinner or wrapping it in a piece of meat or cheese. If your dog still won't eat it after you put it in their food, you have 14 days to contact us for a full refund.

What if my dog has an adverse reaction?

There are times when certain ingredients cause your dog discomfort. 

Please send us a message after your veterinarian has confirmed that your pet cannot tolerate consuming the product. The support team will then issue a full refund and even cover the shipping cost.

What if my dog's symptoms aren't improving?

Please give it time. It is understandable to be anxious about giving your dog a new supplement. We encourage you to give each product at least 30 days for the full effect.

If you are not willing to give it an entire 30 days, you'll receive a refund of 50% of your purchase if you decide to return.

How to request a refund?

If the container is open or the seal has been broken, it is not necessary to return it as it can't be resold.

Unopened Products

No problem, just send it back to us. We'll refund you after we receive your unopened product purchased within the last 14 days.

We gladly reimburse up to $9.99 in shipping costs with store credit.

When you need YUMA the most, we'll be there for you.
