Browse

Use the top navigation bar and click on 'Shop'. You will see a drop-down menu with sub-categories Bully Sticks and Dog Supplements.

Search

If you want the website to display a variety of items based on a search term, type the keywords into the Search. The link to Search is located at the bottom of every page.

Then either press the Return/Enter key on your keyboard or click the Search button on the website. The search results can be sorted by availability, flavors, and price.

Shopping Basket

When you shop on https://www.yumawoof.com and add an item to your basket, it is saved for you to purchase.

You can remove items from your cart anytime before purchasing them. They will remain in your cart until you buy or remove them.

The amounts may be adjusted by entering the required number in the quantities box before clicking "Add to Cart."

You may place items in your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button below each product. The "Buy Now" button is also available if you prefer to proceed to the payment screen faster.

Review Your Order

Access your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the website's top right corner. There you can view items you have added to your cart.

From there, you have the option to adjust quantities or remove items. The system will automatically save your adjusted product quantities in your cart.

Remove a Product from Your Cart

To remove a product from your cart, go to the top right corner of each page and click the cart icon.

You'll be taken to a page where you can see the full descriptions of all items in your shopping cart.

Click the trash can icon located next to the quantity amount. The item will be removed from your shopping cart, and the total cost will be automatically updated.

Proceed to a Secure Checkout

You have a few choices when you are ready to proceed and pay for your order:

  • Paypal
  • Google Pay

Choose your delivery address and pick the preferred delivery service: FedEx, USPS, or UPS.  You can even decide to pick it up at the store. 

Subscriptions

We recognize that you have a busy schedule and want to reduce the time it takes to purchase your pet's supplements, food, and medications.

So to make your life even easier, set up Schedule with Yuma. This allows you to set your order to repeat automatically at chosen intervals. (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)

Create an Account

At YUMA, we value the health and happiness of your pets. You are NOT required to create an account to purchase products. However, if you choose to register with us, your pet's information is secured.

Click on the icon of a person at the top right of your screen next to your shopping cart. Once you select the "Create Account" button, enter your information and create a password. Please make sure it is at least 8 characters long and contains uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers.

Now you're ready to start shopping for all your pet's needs!

Payment

Payment for products may be made using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay through our secure online payment system.

Please contact YUMA Direct customers services at 954 589 1232 (charged at a local call rate) if you are having difficulties using our online checkout system. We will walk you through the ordering process if you have any questions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by check.

You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction has been completed, confirming that the payment has been authorized and debited from your account. The confirmation notification will include an order reference number. Please keep it on file for future correspondence.

Please be advised that card payments are immediately processed at the time of the purchase.

Security

YUMA is dedicated to security and takes the necessary precautions to keep your financial and personal information secure.

At no time is personal or payment information stored on our website. Your personal information is transmitted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. 

We reserve the right to perform credit card verification and security checks on transactions made on the YUMA platform.

Verifications can consist of and are not limited to:

  • Calling or emailing you, the customer, to confirm details of the order.
  • Refusing to ship to a different delivery address other than your credit card's billing address.
  • Contacting your card-issuing company to verify the cardholder's current address and confirm that the credit card has not been reported as lost or stolen.

Delivery Methods and Costs

US Deliveries

The goal at YUMA is for all purchases to be processed within one business day after your payment has been received.

If we cannot do so within 2-3 business days, we will contact you by email.

Although we offer delivery, circumstances beyond our control can result in delays or cancellations.

However, we provide the information so you can track your package once it leaves our warehouse.

US Delivery

Standard Delivery in the US starts from $9.99 per X of items.

Canceling Your Order

If you decide to cancel your order:

  • Go to 'My Account' and 'Orders History.
  • Then click the 'Cancel' button in the top right-hand corner.

This will cancel your entire order. You can only cancel your order if it has not already been refunded or shipped.

If you wish to make changes to your order, for example, remove a product, you should contact our customer service staff by emailing support@yuma.co or calling 954 589 1232.
